Photo & Video Release Policy
At Think Talk Create, our mission is to curate joyful, creative, and memorable experiences. A key part of celebrating these moments is capturing the magic through photos and videos. From our vibrant Community Party Pods and stunning Custom Events to our hands-on Creative Workshops and the fun from our digital photobooth, our events are naturally photogenic.
This policy outlines how we handle media from our events.

2. Responsibility of the Client / Event Host
For all private events, including Community Party Pods and Custom Events, the primary client booking the service (the "Client" or "Pod Captain") is responsible for informing all of their guests—and the parents/guardians of any minor guests—of this Photo & Video Release Policy.
3. Policy Regarding Minors
We are certified educators who love creating magical parties for children. The safety and privacy of minors are paramount.
The parent or legal guardian who books an event, signs a membership agreement, or brings a minor to an event thereby consents on behalf of that minor for their likeness to be used in accordance with this policy.
4. How to Opt-Out
We respect your privacy and desire to not be featured. If you or a guest (including a minor) do not wish to be in primary or close-up photos and videos, you may opt-out.
-
Procedure: To opt out, the primary Client must notify Think Talk Create in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
-
Our Commitment: Upon receiving a written opt-out request, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure the specified individuals are not used as primary subjects in our photos and videos.
-
Disclaimer: Please note that in a dynamic group event setting, it may not be possible to prevent opted-out individuals from appearing in the background of wide-angle shots or group videos. By attending, you acknowledge this possibility.
5. No Compensation or Ownership
No compensation, financial or otherwise, will be provided for the use of any media containing your likeness. All media captured by Think Talk Create remains the sole property of Think Talk Create.
By booking an event with Think Talk Create or attending an event on our premises, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
