Our Community Party Pods are a private, all-inclusive membership for existing friend groups that handles every child's birthday for a full year.

 

1.1 Membership Tiers & Inclusions

Each family's membership is individual, allowing for a mix of Standard and Luxe parties within the same Pod.

 

• Standard Pod Membership Includes:

• One "Signature" Party per member child.

• Pizza & Themed Cupcakes for all children.

• Full Themed Decor & an Educator-Led Creative Activity.

• Custom Themed Party Favors.

• Free use of our Digital Photobooth.

• A complimentary Coffee & Tea Bar for adults.

• A 10% member discount on our public Creative Workshops.
   

• Luxe Pod Membership Upgrade:

  • For an additional monthly fee, members can upgrade their signature party to the Luxe experience.

  • The Luxe upgrade includes everything in the Standard membership PLUS: an upgraded premium craft activity, artisanal pastries for adults, and enhanced personalized decor.

1.2 Pod Sizing & Pricing

• The Intimate Pod (8-10 Children):

  • Standard Membership: $55 per child, per month. An annual plan is available for $610 (a $50 savings).

  • Luxe Upgrade: An additional $20 per month, per child.

• The Village Pod (11-20 Children):

  • Standard Membership: $75 per child, per month. An annual plan is available for $850 (a $50 savings).

  • Luxe Upgrade: An additional $20 per month, per child.

 

1.3 Billing, Discounts & Fees

• Billing: Memberships can be paid monthly or annually.
   

• Founding Member Discount: To celebrate our launch, a limited-time discount of 25% OFF any Annual Plan is available. This offer expires on August 31, 2025.

• Sibling Discount: We offer a 15% discount on the membership fee for each additional sibling who joins the same Pod. This discount will be applied after the group's application is received and reviewed.

• Twins & Multiples: We offer special pricing and celebration options for twins and multiples. Families should inquire when submitting their application so we can create the perfect plan.

• Service Gratuity: A standard 18% service gratuity will be added to each party event.

• Sales Tax: All memberships and services are subject to NY Sales Tax.

• Non-Member Guest Fee: Non-member children may attend a Pod party for a fee of $25 per guest.
   

1.4 Scheduling & Cancellation

• Scheduling: Once a Pod is formed, our team facilitates a scheduling session to map out the entire year's party dates. We work with the group to ensure fairness and accommodate everyone's schedules as best as possible.

• Membership Commitment & Mid-Year Cancellation Policy: Our Community Party Pod model is built on a full-year commitment from all members to ensure that every child in the Pod gets to celebrate their birthday. We understand that life happens, and should a member need to leave the Pod mid-year, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellation Before Your Scheduled Signature Party: If a member family cancels their membership before their own signature party has taken place, their membership can be terminated. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, but no further monthly payments will be required and no penalty will be assessed.

  • Cancellation After Your Scheduled Signature Party: The signature party is the core, high-value event of the membership. Once a member family has received their all-inclusive signature party, their primary membership benefit for the year has been fulfilled. Therefore, they are responsible for completing the full annual membership payment, regardless of their situation. The full annual fee must be paid, and no refunds will be issued.
