Answer: Applying is completely commitment-free! It simply adds you to our list of interested families. You only commit to a membership once we have successfully matched you with a full Pod that you are excited to join.

3 / How are party dates scheduled?

Answer: That's our job! Once your Pod is formed, we facilitate a scheduling session to map out the entire year's party dates, working with your group to find slots that are as close to each child's birthday as possible.

4 / What’s the main difference between the Intimate and Village Pods?

Answer: The only difference is size! The Intimate Pod is designed for groups of up to 10 children, creating a cozier feel. The Village Pod accommodates larger groups of 11-20 children, perfect for whole classes. The price per child is slightly lower for the Village Pod as a thank you for bringing a larger community to us! All party inclusions are identical.

5 / We have 12 children in our group. Do we have to choose the Village Pod?

Answer: Yes. The Village Pod is designed for any group with 11 or more children to ensure we have the appropriate space and staffing to make every party magical and safe.

Answer: Yes! We believe in supporting our families. We offer a 15% discount on the membership for each additional sibling within the same Pod. We will apply this discount after receiving your group's application.

7 / What happens if a family in our Pod moves away mid-year?

Answer: We understand that life happens. Our membership agreement, which all families sign, will outline the policies for this scenario. Typically, the membership is for a full year, but we will work with your Pod to find a fair and reasonable solution should this situation arise.

Answer: Yes, our membership is per child to ensure every child gets their own, unique signature party experience. However, we absolutely support our multi-child families! We offer a 15% discount on the membership for each additional sibling within the same Pod.

Answer: Our Standard Pod is already all-inclusive with pizza, cupcakes, decor, and more! The Luxe Pod is an upgrade for those who want an even more elevated experience, including premium craft activities, artisanal pastries for the adults, and enhanced personalized decor.

11 / What's included (and not included) for off-site Community Party Pods?

Answer: When hosting a Community Party Pod off-site at your location, we provide essential party equipment like tables and chairs (as permitted and available). Food and cupcakes are NOT included but can be added for an extra fee. Also, be aware that a transport fee may apply for these events, covering costs like tolls. parking, etc..
